This is a 28-year-old woman who was interested in obtaining larger, fuller breasts. Upon examination, I found that although she has no significant breasts sagging (‘ptosis) she has a slight concavity on her left chest. Her right nipple and fold are higher than her left. We decided on a transaxillary submuscular 350cc high profile breast augmentation.
