This is a 28-year-old woman who is interested in a breast augmentation. Upon examination, it was determined that an augmentation it’s self would not be enough due to the significant sagging, stage 2 ‘ptosis bilaterally. I performed a breast lift with an augmentation using 450cc breast implants to create a fuller, lifted look.
