1. What Are The Risks Of A Tummy Tuck And Breast Lift?
Any surgery comes with risks. Dr. Sajan follows several protocols to reduce risks during surgery.
This includes thorough patient screening, surgical instruments that help limit bleeding, and
post-operatove care instructions. The average patient is low risk and any long lasting,
untreatable complications are extremely rare.
Still, it is important that patients know and understand the risks. The possible risks and
complications include:
- Infection
- Unsightly or raised scarring
- Complicated associated with general anesthesia
- Asymmetry
- Hematoma
- Seroma
- Bleeding
- Prolonged side effects
- Skin or nipple death
2. How Long Does It Take To Recover From A Breast Lift With Tummy Tuck?
Patients can expect around two to three weeks off work. Strenuous activities and exercise will
gradually resume from two weeks onward. Careful walking is encouraged during recovery.
Additionally, patients will continue wearing their surgical bra and compression garment for
several weeks.
Patients should see a significant reduction in side effects within a few weeks. They often return
to all normal activities in about two months. The final results take between nine and twelve
months to come in. Though, patients are often satisfied with their results before then.
3. What Is The Highest BMI For Mommy Makeover?
Dr. Sajan has no BMI requirements for mommy makeover surgery. With that said, it is taken into
account along with other aspects of the patient’s health and medical history. However, a BMI
above 30 does not automatically disqualify a patient from undergoing a mommy makeover surgery.
Some of the factors taken into account when evaluating a patient for surgery include:
- Medications they take
- Medical diagnoses
- Past surgeries and procedures
- Smoking vs. non-smoking lifestyle
- Patient plans to become pregnant in the future and/or is currently breastfeeding
- Patient’s anatomy
- Genetic risk factors
Dr. Sajan considers hundreds of factors when deciding if a patient is a suitable candidate for
mommy makeover surgery in Seattle.
4. Can I Get A BBL, Breast Lift, And Tummy Tuck At The Same Time?
Yes, as long as a patient is a good candidate for all three procedures and can withstand the
necessary surgery. A Brazilian butt lift is
not usually included in a mommy makeover. However, it can be added to the procedure if it is
suitable for the patient.
5. How Much Is A Seattle Breast Lift With Tummy Tuck?
Determining the cost of a breast lift with tummy tuck is difficult because there are multiple
types of each procedure. Until a patient is evaluated in person, it is almost impossible to give
an accurate estimate. Once Dr. Sajan evaluates a patient and understands their goals, he can
craft a personalized surgical plan.
Starting prices for individual procedures can be found on the price list. Price Simulator can add
up the total starting cost of multiple surgeries. Though, this is still a tentative quote.
Financing is available through Care Credit and Alphaeon.
6. Is it safe to combine a breast lift and tummy tuck?
Yes for appropriately selected patients. We evaluate your health, set conservative time limits,
and employ safety measures like DVT prevention and careful fluid management. If combining would
push beyond safe parameters, we’ll recommend staging. Our goal is to achieve comprehensive
results while protecting your well‑being with thorough planning and attentive postoperative
care.
7. What is recovery like with the combined approach?
You’ll experience tightness in the abdomen and soreness around the breasts initially. Most
patients take 1–2 weeks off desk work, wear supportive garments, and follow detailed guidelines
for sleep, mobility, and incision care. Light walking starts early; cardio and lifting are
reintroduced gradually after clearance. Consolidating recovery means one primary downtime rather
than two separate healing periods.
8. Do I need implants or fat transfer with a lift?
Not necessarily. A lift reshapes and elevates your existing tissue for a perkier contour. If you
want more upper‑pole fullness or a larger size, we can add implants or consider fat transfer.
During consultation, we’ll evaluate your tissue and goals, explain pros and cons, and help you
decide on a plan that creates balanced, natural‑looking results aligned with your preferences.
