After having children, this patient came to Dr. Sajan wanting to address the look of her abdomen. She had a large amount of extra skin and some stubborn fat pockets. Dr. Sajan recommended an extended tummy tuck with liposuction. The patient opted for the procedure. Dr. Sajan performed an abdominoplasty with muscle plication and liposuction of the waist and abdomen. He also performed a mons pubis lift.
