This is a 28 year old transmale who wanted a masculine chest with nipples. On examination, he had significant precuts excavatum. The right fold, right nipple, and right breast are lower than the left. I successfully performed a double incision chest reconstruction with free nipple grafts. He is very happy with his new male chest.
