This wonderful patient came to Dr. Sajan for FTM top surgery. Wanting a flat chest, Dr. Sajan determined that the patient was a good candidate for a bilateral double incision chest reconstruction with free nipple grafts. After their top surgery, the patient loves their new chest so far. They are still healing and will continue to see their scars fade and skin settle in the coming months.
