With a rather large chest, this patient had been turned down by other doctors for gender affirming top surgery. As a final effort and on the recommendation of a friend, they scheduled a consultation with Dr. Sajan. Dr. Sajan believed that they were a great candidate, though they may require larger incisions. The patient decided to move forward with surgery and Dr. Sajan was able to give them the masculine chest they desired. They are thrilled with their results.
