Desiring a male chest, this patient came to Dr. Sajan for FTM top surgery. After a discussion about their goals and the best techniques, the patient opted for the double incision method to obtain the chest they wanted. Dr. Sajan performed the surgery where he removed the breast tissue and repositioned the nipples for the best results. The patient could not be happier with their results.
