This is a 31-year-old transwoman on whom I did a breast augmentation. She is very happy with her results and wanted facial feminization. She mentioned her forehead bothered her. On examination, I noticed she had excessively low forehead. She had brow ptosis with midface sagging. She had a prominent angle of her mandible and had a prominent thyroid cartilage. I successfully did a tracheal shave, jaw reduction, endotine, mid facelift, browlift, and brow reduction.
