This is a very pleasant 48-year-old woman who in 2001 had breast augmentation done in South Africa with a lift. She says she has 180 cc implants and doesn’t feel good. She says she wants the implants out. She has thought about this for quite some time and she finally feels ready to do something about it. I performed an en bloc resection of both implants. She’s happy with her results!
