Breast Augmentation Gallery

This is a 28-year-old woman who was interested in breast implants to help create larger and fuller breasts. As noted during her exam, her left fold was higher than her right and her left nipple was lower than the right. The amount of ptosis or sag was at the pseudo stage. This in turn led me to perform a transaxillary breast augmentation using 450cc high profile silicone implants creating the look she desired.
