This is a 52-year-old woman who wanted larger fuller breasts. She wanted minimal scarring, and was not interested in a lift. She has significant pseudoptosis. She chose a gummy bear, anatomically shaped implant, high profile, high projection implant, with a base width of approximately 14.5cm. She has asymmetry, with the left fold is lower than the right, the left breast is slightly bigger, the left nipple is lower. I performed a breast augmentation with 685 gummy bear implants through the inframammary fold.
