Breast Augmentation Gallery

This is a 45-year-old woman, who saw me because she is interested in having breast augmentation. She wants larger fuller breasts. She has three children, 26, 23, and 18. On examination, she has significant pseudoptosis bilaterally, pectus excavatum, her right fold is higher than her left and her right nipple is higher. There is asymmetry in the breast sizes. She liked the 400cc high profile implant. We discussed and agreed on a transaxillary submuscular route, using 400cc high profile silicone implants.
