Breast Augmentation Revision Gallery

This is a 41-year-old woman who previously had a breast augmentation with silicone implants placed above the muscle. She developed a capsular contracture immediately post-surgery and both implants were quite firm. She was interested having the contracture fixed and having softer breasts. I performed a revision breast augmentation with a capsulectomy and internal tacking as well as placing the implants below the muscle. She is now 7 months post op and feels great.
