This patient came to Dr. Sajan because they were unhappy with how their body, particularly, their abdomen had changed with age and after having kids. Dr. Sajan determined that the patient had abdominal muscle separation, extra skin, and stubborn fat pockets. He recommended a tummy tuck to give the patient their goal of having a flat tummy again. Dr. Sajan performed a tummy tuck with muscle plication and liposuction of the waist and back. The patient is absolutely in love with her new body.
