An ultrasonic rhinoplasty was utilized to meet this patient's aesthetic goals of a more feminine slope and a lifted nasal tip. Using piezoelectric instruments, the nasal bones were meticulously reshaped while the tip cartilages were carefully repositioned to achieve the desired upward rotation. The result is a structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing nose that is now in perfect harmony with her other facial features.
