Otoplasty Gallery

This patient came to Dr. Sajan wanting to address the projection of her ears. After a discussion of her goals and a physical exam, Dr. Sajan recommended an otoplasty, or ear pinning surgery. The patient underwent the surgery and loves her final results. She feels that her ears better match her facial proportions and do not distract from her appearance anymore.
