This patient came to Allure Esthetic interested in gender affirming top surgery. Due to their large amount of breast tissue and the desire for a masculine chest, the patient and Dr. Sajan agreed upon the shape of the incisions that would curve slightly at the ends. Following surgery, the patient could not be happier with their results.
