PJ is a 56-year old transmale who wanted to have male chests with nipples. On examination, there is a significant amount of breast tissue. The right breast was smaller than the left. The right nipple was higher. I successfully did a double incision chest reconstruction with nipple grafts. The patient is very happy with the new masculine chest.
