This patient sought to improve his facial harmony and create a stronger profile, which was achieved through a chin augmentation using a large, extended implant. This type of implant not only adds significant forward projection to a recessed chin but also enhances the entire jawline for a more defined look. The final result is a well-balanced and more prominent lower face that is in better proportion with his other facial features.
