To achieve his goal of a more masculine facial structure, this patient underwent a chin augmentation using a large, extended chin implant. This type of implant provides significant forward projection while also extending along the jawline to create a stronger, more angular lower facial profile. At one month post-op, the masculinizing effects are already prominent, and the results will continue to sharpen as residual swelling subsides over the next few months.
