Breast Augmentation Gallery

This is a 33-year-old woman who was interested in breast implants to gain fuller breasts. On examination, she has Grade 1 ptosis on the left. She has significant glandular sagging on the right. The left nipple is lower than the right. The left fold is lower than the right. Her base width is approximately 14 cm. I performed a breast augmentation using an anatomically shaped 620 moderate high, high projection implant through the inframammary fold.
