This is a 31-year-old woman who wanted larger, fuller breasts but did not want a breast lift. She had lost 90 lbs and was willing to stage in preparation for a future breast lift. On examination, the right breast is lower than the left. The right nipple is lower than the left. The is bilateral glandular ptosis. She has Grade 1 on the right and pseudoptosis on the left. We did a breast augmentation with 620 cc gummy bear implants.
