This patient came to Dr. Sajan looking for plastic surgery to correct the damage pregnancy and childbirth caused her body. With stretched and excessive skin in the abdomen, as well as fat deposits, Dr. Sajan recommended an extended tummy tuck. He performed an extended abdominoplasty with muscle plication, liposuction of the waist, and a mons pubis lift. At around six months out of surgery, she already loves her result and the way Dr. Sajan transformed her body.
