This MTF transgender patient came to Dr. Sajan because she wanted breast implants to achieve a more feminine contour. The patient wanted to go big and picked out 800cc High Profile silicone breast implants. Dr. Sajan was able to place them through an incision in the armpit to minimize scarring and keep any scarring away from the breasts. The patient loves her results and is so happy with her new breasts.
